Position: Procurement Coordinator – (Q-Commerce, Dark Stores)

Job Title

Procurement Coordinator – Full‑Time

Location:

Qatar.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Place and follow up on daily purchase orders across assigned categories (Fresh, Grocery, Personal Care, Home Care, or Non‑foods).
  • Monitor stock levels in systems, flagging shortages, overstocks, and expiries to the Inventory Head.
  • Act as the operational link with suppliers for purchase orders, delivery follow‑ups, delivery notes, and invoice accuracy.
  • Track and update delivery confirmations in systems to ensure smooth Finance reconciliation.
  • Align daily stock ordering with forecast and availability targets (>85%).
  • Track and report supplier service levels (OTIF, fulfillment %, substitutions, and OOS rates).
  • Provide visibility on supplier performance through regular updates.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on purchase order status, stock availability, and supplier service levels.
  • Highlight risks to availability, overstocks, or system mismatches to the Inventory Head.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain (FMCG/Retail preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced Q‑Commerce environment.
  • Strong coordination and follow‑up capabilities.
  • Ability to balance speed with compliance.
