Procurement Coordinator Q-Commerce, Dark Stores

Role Overview:
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for executing daily purchasing operations across Snoomart’s dark store network, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of stock, and acting as the key operational link between suppliers and internal teams.

• Place and follow up on daily purchase orders across assigned categories.
• Monitor stock levels in systems, flagging shortages, overstocks, and expiries.
• Act as the operational link with suppliers for purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, delivery notes, and invoice accuracy.
• Track and update delivery confirmations in systems to ensure smooth Finance reconciliation.
• Align daily stock ordering with forecast and availability targets (>85%).
• Track and report supplier service levels (OTIF, fulfillment %, substitutions, and OOS rates).
• Generate daily and weekly reports on purchase order status, stock availability, and supplier service levels.
• Highlight risks to availability, overstocks, or system mismatches to the Inventory Head.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain (FMCG/Retail preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced Q‑Commerce environment.
