2-4 positions
• Full-Time
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Area Supervisor to oversee daily operations across three high-volume dark stores. In this role you will drive flawless in‑store execution, absolute stock accuracy, and lightning‑fast order processing. With no foot traffic from walk‑in customers, your focus is entirely inward: leading a team of approximately 100 staff, maintaining rigorous 6S workplace standards, and ensuring seamless order handoffs to delivery riders.
Responsibilities- Monitor real‑time fulfillment metrics across all three stores, keeping picking and packing times to the minimum.
- Optimize the physical handoff process to delivery riders to eliminate staging delays and minimize rider wait times.
- Implement, audit, and sustain the 6S Methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) across all locations to maximize picking efficiency.
- Ensure dark stores are perfectly organized, immaculately clean, and safe for high‑speed foot traffic.
- Own end‑to‑end inventory health across all three stores, ensuring 99.9% data accuracy between physical shelves and the online app.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to minimize out‑of‑stock items and manage efficient inbound stock replenishment.
- Directly manage, motivate, and develop a workforce of approximately 100 personnel (Store Leads, Pickers, Packers, Inventory Clerks).
- Handle workforce planning, including shifts, scheduling, and labor optimization to meet peak demand hours.
- 3+ years of multi‑site management experience in Q‑Commerce, e‑commerce fulfillment, or dark stores.
- Proven experience managing large distributed teams (50–100+ employees).
- Highly comfortable navigating warehouse management systems, live tracking dashboards, and data‑driven operational tools.
- Exceptionally organized, a decisive decision‑maker under pressure, and a strong communicator who can inspire hourly workers.
- Strong practical knowledge and proven track record of implementing 5S/6S principles or Lean operational practices.
- Ability to travel frequently between the three assigned dark store locations.
- Competitive salary and performance‑based incentives.
- Learning budget and access to courses, tools, and continuous development programs.
- Generous leave and wellness policies.
- Agile working environment with emphasis on teamwork and ownership.
- Recognition as a certified Great Place to Work® and ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 certified company.
- Opportunities to contribute to sustainable business practices and community initiatives.
We encourage qualified candidates to submit their application for consideration. Please note that all qualified candidates will be considered for employment irrespective of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability status.
