We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Florist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Junior Florist, you will assist the senior florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

• Assist in designing and creating floral arrangements according to client's preferences and budget
• Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and conditioning them for use in arrangements
• Maintain flower inventory and ensure freshness of all products
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio at all times
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries and taking orders
• Assist with event set up and installation of floral arrangements on-site if required

• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
• Passionate about flowers and design with an eye for detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Willingness to learn new techniques and styles in floral design

• High school diploma or equivalent (Degree/Certification in Floral Design would be a plus)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Must have own visa or ability to obtain one (sponsorship not provided)
• Available for flexible working hours including weekends

1400 USD per month (based on experience)

This is a contract job with potential for extension based on performance.
