We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Director to join our team of Malayalees in Lusail, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions within our organization.

• Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Oversee budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the organization
• Handle visa sponsorship for employees as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs

• Must be a Malayalee with a strong understanding of Malayalee culture and values
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative leadership role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage a diverse team
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting
• Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes is preferred
