Job Title:

Administrative Director

• Oversee and manage all administrative and operational processes for the company
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
• Monitor budget and financial performance, making necessary adjustments as needed
• Manage and train administrative staff, providing support and guidance as needed
• Coordinate with other department heads to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct regular evaluations of processes to identify areas for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:

Lusail, Qatar (Pakistani nationals preferred)

Language requirement:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Experience requirement:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
