Baker, Manufacturing ​/ Production

As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing the production of baked goods and managing a team of bakers in our bakery located in Lusail Qatar. Your main goal will be to ensure that our bakery consistently produces high‑quality products and meets customer demands.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of bakers ensuring that they follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Train new bakers on baking techniques, food safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to sanitation regulations at all times.
• Create new recipes and adjust existing ones to meet customer preferences or dietary requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of doughs, batters, icings, fillings and other baked goods according to established recipes.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our standards for taste, texture, appearance and freshness.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a baker in a professional setting.
• Proven track record of creating high‑quality baked goods using various techniques such as mixing, kneading and proofing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively.
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food products safely.
• Ability to work early morning shifts or overnight shifts as needed.

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This position is located in Lusail Qatar.
