We are a busy bakery located in Lusail and we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. We are specifically looking for candidates from India or Pakistan who have previous experience working as a Baker.

• Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality of products
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
• Decorate baked goods with icing, glaze, or other toppings as required
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when necessary

• Prior experience working as a Baker is required
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
• Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, sugars, and other baking ingredients
• Familiarity with different baking techniques such as kneading dough and shaping breads
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality products
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment
