We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. Your main duties will include monitoring production processes, adjusting machine settings, and performing quality checks to ensure that our products meet industry standards. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Set up machines according to production specifications
• Operate machines safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with various types of machinery and their operation methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical strength and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
