Social Media Executive

This role is responsible for supporting the Social Media Lead in publishing, community management, content coordination, and real-time execution. You will play a key role in ensuring Snoonu’s social presence is consistent, responsive, and always active.

• Content Publishing & execution
• Execute daily posting across all platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Snapchat)
• Upload and format content (captions, tagging, timing)
• Ensure all posts follow brand tone, guidelines, and campaign direction
• Support in scheduling and maintaining the content calendar
• Community management
• Manage DMs, comments, and mentions across platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social
• Respond to users in a timely, professional, and on-brand tone (AR & EN)
• Escalate complaints, sensitive issues, or PR risks to the manager
• Monitor conversations and flag trends or recurring feedback
• Content support & on-ground execution
• Assist in shooting content using mobile (iPhone/Android) for stories, reels, and reactive content
• Support production days, influencer shoots, and activations when needed
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes and real‑time moments
• Coordination & alignment
• Work closely with:
  • Creative team
  • Influencer team
  • Design team
• Ensure all content is received, reviewed, and posted on time
• Follow up on pending assets and approvals
• Performance tracking
  • Track daily/weekly performance metrics
  • Support in preparing reports (engagement, reach, top-performing content)
  • Highlight content that performs well or under performs

We are looking for a social media professional with the following experience and skills.

• 1–3 years in social media, content, or digital marketing
• Experience managing or supporting brand social accounts

• Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory) able to write and respond in both languages
• Strong attention to detail (captions, spelling, formatting)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends
• Ability to shoot and capture content using mobile
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
