Social Media Coordinator - Snoonu

We're looking for a creative, social-first content creator who loves capturing moments, spotting trends, and turning everyday experiences into engaging content.

• Create engaging day-to-day social content for Snoonu City across Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and X.
• Capture photo and video content on-site at merchants, events, activations, and community initiatives.
• Edit short‑form videos optimized for each platform.
• Write engaging captions that reflect Snoonu City’s personality and tone of voice.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximize reach.
• Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar.
• Ensure all content is published accurately and on time.
• Adapt creative assets to platform‑specific formats and best practices.
• Support campaign rollouts and seasonal content initiatives.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community conversations.
• Respond to followers using Snoonu City’s tone of voice.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Encourage conversations and engage with community‑generated content.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates.
• Suggest content ideas inspired by local culture and current trends.
• Bring fresh ideas to weekly content planning meetings.
• Work closely with the Creative, Production, Merchant Marketing, PR, and Brand teams.
• Coordinate with merchants and partners to capture content opportunities.
• Support influencer visits and community activations when required.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and X.
• Comfortable capturing and editing mobile‑first content.
• Strong writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Comfortable working on‑site at events, merchant locations, and community activations.
• Experience using Cap Cut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
