We're looking for a social-first leader who understands that great brands don't just publish content-they create conversations, shape culture, and build communities people genuinely want to be part of. You will lead Snoonu's entire social ecosystem, from content strategy and community engagement to influencer marketing and paid social awareness. This role is equal parts strategist, creative director, trend forecaster, data driven marketer, and team leader.

Social

Media Strategy
  • Own the social media vision and strategy across Snoonu and Snoonu City.
  • Define each brand's tone of voice, content pillars, and platform strategy across Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X, Linked In, and emerging platforms.
  • Build content strategies that balance brand storytelling, entertainment, community engagement, and business objectives.
  • Develop monthly and annual editorial calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, partnerships, product launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Continuously identify cultural moments, trends, and platform opportunities to keep Snoonu relevant and ahead of the conversation.
  • Ensure consistency across every social touchpoint while adapting content natively for each platform.
Content & Creative Leadership
  • Lead the social content strategy from concept to publication.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Production, PR, CRM, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Brief, review, and elevate all social content to ensure it meets Snoonu's creative standards.
  • Build repeatable content formats and social-first franchises that audiences recognize and anticipate.
  • Champion experimentation by testing new formats, creators, technologies, and platform features.
  • Ensure every campaign has a strong social-first execution that drives conversation, engagement, and shareability.
Community Management
  • Own Snoonu's community management strategy across all platforms.
  • Develop engagement frameworks that turn followers into loyal brand advocates.
  • Monitor conversations, customer sentiment, and emerging trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure every interaction reflects Snoonu's tone of voice and brand personality.
  • Build initiatives that encourage user-generated content, advocacy, and community participation.
Influencer Marketing
  • Develop and lead Snoonu's influencer strategy across Qatar and the GCC.
  • Build long-term relationships with creators across all tiers-from nano influencers to celebrities.
  • Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with Snoonu's brand positioning.
  • Ensure influencer campaigns prioritize authenticity, creativity, and measurable brand impact.
  • Continuously grow Snoonu's creator ecosystem while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Measure influencer performance through engagement quality, earned reach, content performance, and brand impact.
Paid Social Leadership (Awareness)
  • Lead Snoonu's paid social strategy to maximize brand awareness, reach, and visibility across key platforms.
  • Ensure paid amplification works seamlessly with organic social to extend the reach and impact of brand campaigns.
  • Define awareness campaign objectives, target audiences, budget allocation, and amplification strategies in collaboration with the Senior Paid Social Media Executive.
  • Monitor and optimize awareness metrics including reach, impressions, video views, frequency, CPM, and brand engagement.
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, and placements to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize brand impact.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Strategy.
  • Minimum 3 years leading high-performing social media teams.
  • Deep understanding of Gulf social media culture, trends, and platform behaviors.
  • Proven track record of growing consumer brand accounts organically.
  • Experience developing and managing influencer programs end to end.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X, and Linked In ecosystems.
  • Experience leading integrated organic and paid awareness strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
