The Snoonu City Marketing Manager owns the marketing strategy and execution for Snoonu City - Qatar's go-to ticketing platform for cultural events, kids' activities, courses & workshops, championships, and entertainment experiences. Snoonu City operates on a discovery- and intent-based model, requiring a fundamentally different approach to audience acquisition, content strategy, and channel management.

The ideal candidate will build the communications plan into Qatar's leading "where-to-go" discovery platform, manage content production, and translate engagement into measurable app traffic and ticket conversions.

• Own and execute the Snoonu City marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the overarching Snoonu brand.
• Lead the strategic communication, prioritizing discovery and intent-based acquisition over cohort-based retention.
• Build and manage a dual-track acquisition engine targeting both existing Snoonu users (cross-sell) and new-to-app users.
• Position the vertical as the primary discovery and trust-building.
• Define and execute the content strategy.
• Own the growth funnel:
  Engagement ->
  Followership ->
  Trust ->
  App Traffic ->
  Event Conversion.
• Deliver a structured monthly content calendar with clear governance, ensuring consistency, trend-responsiveness, and local cultural relevance.
• Act as the key stakeholder between Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams for Snoonu City.
• Track, report, and optimize against all primary and secondary KPIs on a monthly cadence.
