Commercial Marketing Coordinator - Snoomart

The Commercial Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and optimization of Snoomart's commercial campaigns and promotional calendar. This role serves as the central link between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, Content, CRM, and Finance to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and deliver strong commercial results.

The role supports category growth by coordinating promotions, digital merchandising, retail media initiatives, supplier campaigns, and campaign reporting, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, sales performance, and operational execution.

• Coordinate execution of the Snoomart Commercial Campaign Calendar, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, Content, CRM, and Finance teams.
• Support Category Managers and Category Executives in planning and executing supplier-funded and internally driven promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign setup, promotional mechanics, supplier participation, campaign timelines, and launch readiness.
• Ensure all campaign deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and escalated risks proactively.
• Maintain campaign documentation, promotional calendars, execution trackers, and project plans.

• Validate campaign pricing, discounts, promotional mechanics, product assortment, and campaign content before launch.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Operations to ensure adequate stock availability for promotional products.
• Ensure campaign products are correctly categorized, searchable, and merchandised within the Snoomart platform.
• Verify promotional accuracy across all customer touchpoints, including app banners, landing pages, collections, and campaign listings.
• Coordinate campaign testing with relevant stakeholders before campaigns go live.

• Act as the central coordination point between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, CRM, Content, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
• Coordinate campaign assets, banners, creative content, push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app communications with Marketing.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate campaign issue resolution during live campaigns to ensure minimal customer impact.

• Coordinate homepage placements, promotional landing pages, collections, featured products, and campaign merchandising.
• Ensure promotional products receive optimal visibility throughout the customer journey.
• Work closely with Category Managers to curate campaign assortments that maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Support optimization of search visibility and merchandising placement for promotional products.

• Monitor campaign performance throughout campaign periods and identify underperforming campaigns requiring corrective action.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports covering key commercial KPIs.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and provide recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse sales performance, promotional uplift, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify commercial trends and opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

• Coordinate execution of Retail Media and AdTech campaigns with Snoomart partners.
• Ensure sponsored campaigns are delivered according to agreed timelines and objectives.
• Track campaign delivery and performance against partner commitments.
• Support supplier reporting for retail media activities.
