Administrative Director for Non-Profit Organization in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Director to join our non-profit organization in Lusail, Qatar. As the administrative director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and working closely with our team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage and oversee the administrative functions of the organization
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and files for the organization
• Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
• Liaise with various stakeholders including donors, volunteers, and community members
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Monitor budget and financial activities

• Prior experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of non-profit organizations is a plus
