A reputable restaurant in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager. This position is open to candidates from African or Egyptian nationalities who are fluent in English and have a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Immediate availability is preferred.

• Manage all aspects of the restaurants' daily operations
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain standards
• Control costs by optimizing inventory and labor expenses
• Create innovative strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

• African or Egyptian nationality preferred
• Fluent in English
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
  
  Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
