Waiter

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel and excellent English communication skills. This is a contract position suitable for those with their own visa.

• Greet and seat guests.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meal.
• Handle any guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables.
• Restock supplies as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of different types of cuisine and wines is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good customer service skills and ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism.
• Must have own visa.
