Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant in Lusail Qatar seeks a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the restaurant’s brand.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain our high standards.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items and specials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting.
• Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary: $1400 per month, with benefits including health insurance, annual leave, flight ticket allowance, etc.

The restaurant is located in Lusail, Qatar, one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, known for its modern architecture, bustling marina, and diverse dining options.
