Executive Chef (Lusail, Qatar)

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
• Train and manage kitchen staff ensuring high levels of productivity and quality standards are met.
• Create innovative and appealing menus that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain budgetary goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Creative with a strong understanding of current culinary trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

$1,300 per month.
