Chef

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Create menus and recipes based on seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements
• Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff
• Oversee inventory ordering and budgeting for kitchen supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or menus

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef, preferably in a high‑end restaurant or hotel setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent training
• Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English
• Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1100$ per month.

Location:

Lusail, Qatar.
