Pastry Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of pastries, desserts and other baked goods. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pastry making techniques and be able to design and execute unique and delicious desserts. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, training staff and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Designing and creating a variety of pastries, desserts and other baked goods
• Developing new recipes while also maintaining consistency with existing ones
• Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Training kitchen staff on proper pastry making techniques
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
• Maintaining an organized and clean work area
• Collaborating with other members of the culinary team to create new menu items

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of different types of pastries, desserts and baking techniques
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Strong attention to detail for plating and presentation of desserts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being able to lead when necessary

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package of $1000 per month based on experience.
