We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

• Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance
• Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor food quality and ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items that appeal to our target market
• Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at an Indian restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English
