We are seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lusail, Qatar. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes that meet the high standards of our restaurant. You must have extensive knowledge of Indian flavors, spices, and techniques in order to create authentic and delicious dishes. You should have a passion for food and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Create and prepare traditional Indian dishes according to the menu
• Ensure all dishes are cooked and presented according to the highest standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper preparation techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef
• Extensive knowledge of Indian flavors, spices, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
• Excellent time-management skills
• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Must have experience working with high-end restaurants or hotels

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)

This job is open to anyone who has appropriate work permits or visas for employment in Qatar. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This job is also open to non-native English speakers.
