Waiter in Lusail, Egypt
We are seeking a skilled and professional Waiter to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in Lusail, Egypt. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and answer any questions about menu items
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or complaints from guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Previous experience as a waiter is not necessary but is preferred
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Must be available for temporary positions
Starting salary for this position is 1600$.
CityThis position is based in Lusail, Egypt.
