We are seeking an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Lusail. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries that will satisfy our customers' sweet cravings. Your main duties will include preparing and decorating pastries, managing inventory, and ensuring high levels of food quality and safety.

• Prepare a variety of desserts and pastries according to recipes
• Decorate pastries using various techniques to enhance their appearance
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely orders when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train junior pastry chefs and supervise their work when necessary

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of pastry decoration techniques and ingredients
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently manage time
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Creativity in designing new desserts while maintaining traditional flavors
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
• Indian nationality preferred
