Waiter (Urgent/Contract/Accommodation Provided) - Indians Preferred - Lusail, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, and we are offering an immediate start.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon their arrival and provide them with menus
• Take orders from customers accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure that all tables are clean and properly set up at all times
• Follow food safety standards and maintain a high level of hygiene in the restaurant
• Respond to customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints in a polite manner
• Receive payments from customers accurately and process transactions through the POS system.
• Assist in other tasks as required by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Waiter is preferred but not required
• Good communication skills in any language (preferably English)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and POS systems is an advantage
