International Chef

We are seeking an experienced International Chef to join our team in Lusail. As an International Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of dishes from different cuisines, including Pakistani and Egyptian. Your main duties will include planning menus, ordering ingredients, and supervising kitchen staff. You should have a strong knowledge of international flavors and techniques, as well as excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of dishes.

The ideal candidate will also have experience managing budgets and maintaining high food quality standards. This position requires no English proficiency, making it suitable for non-native speakers. The salary for this role is 1000$ per month.

• Create unique menus featuring Pakistani and Egyptian cuisines
• Order ingredients and maintain inventory levels
• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
• Ensure high food quality standards are met at all times
• Manage budget for food costs and labor expenses
• Train new kitchen staff on menu items and cooking techniques
• Collaborate with other chefs to develop new dishes and specials
• Oversee food preparation processes to ensure timely delivery of dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Previous experience as an International Chef or similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani and Egyptian cuisines required
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing budgets
• Proficiency in English preferred but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
