We are in search of a talented Indian Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your main duties will include menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish meets our standards. Additionally, you will oversee kitchen operations and manage a team of kitchen staff.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for Indian cuisine and culture. You should have extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential.

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine
• Ability to create innovative and authentic Indian dishes
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

• Plan menus according to seasonal availability of ingredients and customer preferences
• Create traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist
• Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and dish presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen area
• Comply with food safety regulations at all times

Salary: 1600$ per month
