Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Lusail)

Our restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine establishment in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Indian cuisine. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, budgeting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth service during peak hours
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock of ingredients and supplies
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Train and mentor staff on menu items, customer service, and company policies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within an Indian cuisine establishment
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including preparation techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
