We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to create delicious and visually appealing drinks will contribute to the overall success of our café.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more
• Explain menu items to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences
• Ensure that all drinks are made according to company standards, recipes, and quality guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized workstations at all times
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS system
  
  Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow health code regulations in food handling and sanitation practices

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain menu items clearly
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
