We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant located in Lusail
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the restaurants daily operations
- Hire train and schedule staff members to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Oversee financial transactions and manage budgets
- Enforce food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen with experience in budget management
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
