Executive Chef at High-End Restaurant in Lusail

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end restaurant located in Lusail As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus overseeing food preparation and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests

The ideal candidate should have experience working in fine dining establishments and be able to handle a fast-paced environment

• Create and design menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation including cooking plating and presentation
• Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes served
• Train and supervise kitchen staff including chefs cooks and assistants
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment ordering as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and promotions

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in fine dining establishments
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques methods ingredients and equipment
• Creativity in menu planning with the ability to adapt to seasonal ingredients
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication skills
