Barista at Lusail Cafe

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at the Lusail Cafe in Qatar As a Barista you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages as well as providing excellent customer service to our patrons

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks including lattes cappuccinos and macchiatos
• Ensure all drinks are made to the highest standards of quality consistency and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Take orders from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations or answer any questions about our products or menu items
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself your colleagues and our customers

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required we are willing to train motivated individuals who are passionate about coffee
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques for making specialty coffee beverages is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays if needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position

This job is located at the Lusail Cafe in Qatar
