Indian Restaurant Manager in Lusail

Our restaurant in Lusail Qatar is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring efficient and effective service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• - Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurants operations
• - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• - Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service
• - Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
• - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• - Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
• - Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely food service
• - Implement marketing strategies to attract more customers
• - Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed

• - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• - Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
• - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• - Proficient in budgeting inventory management and cost control
• - Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance
