Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of pastries desserts and baked goods They will work closely with the head chef to develop new menu items and ensure that all pastry offerings are of the highest quality The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry making and a creative approach to flavor combinations

• Create and prepare a variety of pastries desserts and baked goods
• Work with the head chef to develop new menu items
• Ensure all pastry offerings are consistently of high quality
• Maintain inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
• Train and supervise pastry assistants
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Creative approach to flavor combinations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
• Experience in inventory management and cost control
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff
• Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary 1100$ per month negotiable based on experience
