Restaurant Manager - Lusail

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Lusail Qatar You will ensure that our guests are provided with exceptional service and a high-quality dining experience This role requires strong leadership skills as you will be managing a team of servers bartenders and kitchen staff

• Oversee the hiring and training of restaurant staff
• Create schedules and manage payroll for all employees
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items or specials
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar

Salary 1100$ per month negotiable based on experience
