Nepali Chef in Lusail

We are seeking a skilled Nepali Chef to join our team in Lusail Qatar. As a Nepali Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Nepalese dishes for our restaurant and you must have a passion for cooking and be familiar with traditional Nepali ingredients and cooking techniques.

• Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese dishes according to our restaurants menu
• Ensure all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality standards
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with management on menu planning and recipe development
• Continuously strive to improve dishes and introduce new flavors to the menu

• Must be Nepali nationality or have extensive knowledge of Nepals cuisine
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef preferably in a Nepalese restaurant or hotel
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month
