Are you a talented and passionate cook with a flair for Indian cuisine? We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations and creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant.

• Plan and design menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
• Oversee inventory management and purchasing of ingredients
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
• Create new recipes or modify existing ones to constantly improve menu offerings
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of all dishes

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine
• Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and flavors
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creativity in menu planning and recipe development
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
