The Beauty Category Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and managing the Beauty category at Snoonu, ensuring a competitive, trend-led, and high-performing assortment across skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, and personal care. The role focuses on brand acquisition, assortment planning, pricing strategy, stock management, and promotional execution to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, trend-aware, and passionate about beauty retail and e-commerce.

• Develop and execute the buying strategy for the Beauty category (1P)
• Curate a strong mix of global, regional, and emerging brands
• Build seasonal buying plans aligned with key campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, 11.11, etc.)
• Ensure the right balance between hero SKUs, new launches, and core products

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new beauty brands and distributors
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, margins, marketing support, and exclusivity agreements
• Secure strong promotional support and brand investments

• Monitor beauty trends, new product launches, and competitor activity
• Analyze customer demand and adapt assortment accordingly
• Benchmark pricing and positioning to ensure competitiveness

• Forecast demand and manage purchase orders
• Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and replenishment cycles
• Minimize stockouts and slow-moving inventory

• Track KPIs such as GMV, margin, sell-through, AOV, and conversion rate
• Identify underperforming SKUs and growth opportunities
• Optimize assortment based on data insights

• Collaborate with Marketing to plan category campaigns and flash sales
• Identify hero products and exclusive bundles
• Ensure strong visibility and merchandising during key events

• Ensure competitive pricing and strong product availability
• Optimize product assortment to meet customer expectations
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve offering

• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding of brands and operational execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field
• 2 years of experience in buying, category management, or retail (beauty experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills
• Deep understanding of beauty trends and product cycles
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic is a strong advantage
