Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. The role focuses on creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new merchandising opportunities.
• Develop effective merchandising plans and strategies for different product categories.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
• Create visually appealing displays to attract customer attention and promote products effectively.
• Train sales staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Analyze sales data to identify patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in product development meetings to provide insights on market trends and customer preferences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual presentation.
• Knowledge of inventory management software (a plus).
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Part‑time candidates may be considered based on availability.
