Location: Lusail

The Category Executive – Electronics will be responsible for managing and growing the Electronics category within Retail by Snoonu’s First-Party (1P) business. The role will own vendor relationships, commercial negotiations, assortment strategy, pricing, promotions, and inventory performance to drive category growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On
  • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with electronics vendors for Retail by Snoonu.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing strategies, promotional support, and advertising investments.
  • Identify, source, and onboard new local and international electronics vendors.
  • Develop and execute category growth strategies, including assortment optimization, pricing, and promotional plans.
  • Monitor and improve key category performance metrics, including availability, price competitiveness, catalog quality, and sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and vendor performance.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience in category management, vendor management, buying, or commercial roles.
  • Mandatory:
    Hands‑on experience managing the Electronics category, with strong knowledge of electronics products, suppliers, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in e‑commerce, q‑commerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
  • Proven experience in supplier negotiations and commercial relationship management.
  • GCC market experience in category or vendor management is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
