Indian Merchandiser in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a talented Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and promotions to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

• Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to select and purchase products for our store
• Analyze sales trends and customer demand to make informed decisions about product selection and pricing
• Create attractive displays that showcase the products in an appealing way
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure profitability for the company
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies
• Train sales associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions, events, and advertising campaigns

• Indian national preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of successfully increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Biometric passport required
