Sales Manager - Lusail

Our company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This individual will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market, and possess strong leadership skills. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is also required.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
• Identify new opportunities for business development within the Indian market
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
• Monitor sales metrics and report on performance to upper management
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals
• Train and onboard new sales team members as needed

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the Indian market
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English is required
• Experience conducting market research and analyzing data
• Ability to travel within Qatar as needed
• Valid residence visa or ability to obtain one
