Sales Associate - Lusail, Qatar

We are a leading retail company in Lusail, Qatar seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet our company's goals.

• Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Recommend products that meet customer's needs and preferences
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
• Meet sales targets set by the company

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus commission based on sales performance.

In addition to salary, we provide accommodation for our employees. This includes shared living space with other employees as well as utilities. Our company also provides visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationals.
