** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):
** Familiarity with access control systems and badge management.

** Alarm Panel Experience (B202):
** Knowledge of alarm panel operations and protocols.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
** Proficiency in using digital devices for communication and task management.

** CPR Certification (B205):
** Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, beneficial for emergency situations.

** Customer Service Experience (B219):
** Background in customer service to enhance communication and support.

** Loss Prevention (B210):
** Understanding of loss prevention strategies and practices.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees at the front desk of a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

+ Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.

+ Monitor access points, communications, cameras, and/or alarm systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow established site response procedures.

+ Answer phones, provide directions and general site information, coordinate with warehouse personnel and delivery contacts, and support a professional front-desk environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
