Position: Coastal Community Member Service Representative
Take on an enriching role as a Member Service Representative at Coastal Community Credit Union. Help improve financial health for members while processing transactions and offering expert service.

As a Member Service Representative, you will work under supervision to handle varied financial transactions for credit union members. Your responsibilities include advising on new products and services, managing member inquiries, and handling safety deposit access efficiently. You will represent the credit union's vision and bolster member relationships through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process diverse financial and non-financial transactions

• Provide updates on products and services to members

• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism

• Facilitate member access to safety deposit boxes

• Ensure timely end-of-day processing and balancing

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis

• 1 year of post-secondary education

• Up to 1 year in a sales and service role

• Proficient in Windows applications and keyboarding skills

• Strong communication and listening skills
