Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Conduct thorough resident assessments and care planning

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care

• Utilize Point Click Care  for electronic documentation

• Collaborate with care teams and families during care conferences

Requirements:

• Registered with BCCNM and in good standing

• Current CPR/First Aid certification required

• Proficient in electronic documentation and eMar

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Previous long-term care experience preferred
