Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Perform detailed resident assessments and care planning

• Administer treatments, medications, and wound care

• Document electronically using Point Click Care

• Liaise with physicians and care team members during meetings

Requirements:

• Registered in good standing with BCCNM

• Current CPR/First Aid certification required

• Competent in eMar and electronic documentation

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• Experience in long-term care preferred
