Senior/Executive Administrative Assistant (Anticipated)Travel: Local travel within 50 miles of RKB, Quantico, VA, may be required occasionally during performance to support site visits.
Period of Performance: To be determined – 1 year + 4 optional years.

Background:
Navanti seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Responsibilities include managing front office operations, supporting strategic planning, and executing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have executive assistant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support and Strategic Planning: Support senior leadership, oversee front office operations, plan events, advise leadership, and manage strategic communications.
- Communication and Presentation: Create and deliver presentations, draft responses to compliance issues, and handle complex correspondence.
- Project Management and Analysis: Develop project plans, conduct analyses, manage special projects, and review work products for alignment with priorities.
- Training and Onboarding: Oversee training, onboarding, and staffing actions.
- Operational Support: Support strategic visits, assist with messaging initiatives, and attend meetings with follow-up actions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience supporting senior leaders as an executive or senior administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, including drafting executive correspondence.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
