Senior Superintendent – Federal Projects

A nationally recognized and award-winning general contractor is looking for a Lead Senior Superintendent to join their high-performing team. This is a key leadership role for a proven construction professional with experience managing large-scale federal projects ($40M+) and a strong track record of field leadership on complex commercial jobs. In this position, you’ll lead project execution from the field—overseeing site logistics, field staff, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control—while ensuring compliance with safety and cost goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and executive team to drive overall project success. • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction (federal work preferred)
• History of leading projects $40M+ as a Superintendent
